much time will this require each week?
On weeks with coaching sessions, plan for 60 minutes for the session and approximately 15 to 30 minutes for reflection. On other weeks, most clients spend 15 to 30 minutes integrating what they are noticing.
Do
I need to be a “numbers person” for this to work?
No. This program uses plain language and practical reflection. You do not need advanced financial knowledge to benefit from this work.
Is
this therapy?
No. This is financial coaching combined with practical money clarity work. While beliefs and patterns are explored, this is not mental health counselling.
