Frequently Asked Questions

What if I’m not fully organized or don’t have all my financial documents ready?

You don’t need everything perfectly organized, but you do need access to the information relevant to the issue you want clarity on (for example, recent account balances, statements, or numbers you’ll need to reference). This session works best when we can look at your real financial picture together, rather than relying on memory or estimates.

Will you tell me what to do?

No. This session is designed to help you think clearly and confidently about your situation. I won’t make decisions for you or provide financial advice, but I will help you understand your options, clarify what matters, and identify a grounded next step you trust.

What if I need more than one session?

This is a one-time, focused session by design. If it becomes clear that additional support would be helpful, I can outline what options exist after the session. There is no expectation or obligation to continue, and this session won’t be extended or converted into ongoing coaching.

Is this session confidential?

Yes. This is a private, confidential coaching session. You’ll be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement before we meet so expectations are clear for both of us.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. After that point, sessions are confirmed and non-refundable.

What if the issue I booked for no longer feels relevant?

This session is designed to work on the specific issue you booked and prepared for. We won’t shift topics during the session.
If the original issue no longer feels relevant, you may choose to proceed with the original focus or end the session early. The session fee is not transferred, credited, or applied to a different topic or future session.

What will I leave the session with?

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of the issue you came in with, a grounded sense of your options, and one concrete next step you trust yourself to take.

Is this financial planning or financial advice?

No. This session does not provide financial planning, investment advice, or tax advice, and it does not replace working with a licensed financial professional.
